ARNEC, October 2010 – The third ARNEC photo contest was held from May-July 2010 on the theme “Inclusive Foundations for Early Childhood: Working Together to Reach the Unreached”. The purpose was to promote inclusion in the context of early childhood and feature photos that have captured good practices in the region.
Photos were received from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Lao PDR, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines, and Timor-Leste, submitted by freelance photographers, government officials, professors, researchers and international NGO staff and students.
After a thorough review by the ARNEC Secretariat and Steering Committee members, we are pleased to announce that the photos by following individuals and organizations were selected.
